Welcome to a dining experience that will immerse you in the world of Russian cuisine, crafted by a chef with deep roots in Russia's Far East.

$150 per person, includes a four course, seated dinner and wines paired for each course. ($125 per person for JWrigley club members.)

$75 due at time of reservation; balance due at event. 

**15% of sales from this event will be donated to the Cascade AIDS project.

About your Chef, Valeria Ocasio: Starting as a teen, my culinary journey began with simple homemade lunches, leading to a 27-year career that took me across the globe. Though I trained in French cuisine in America, and hold a culinary and nutrition degree, my passion lies with the traditional tastes of Russia. I am delighted to share that authentic flavors of my heritage with you, offering a dining experience filled with the rich traditions of Russian cooking. Let us celebrate this culinary legacy together, enjoying an evening of nostalgic warmth and gourmet indulgence.
